Plum Bistro was so good. Huge portions, fresh food and everything tasted so good I forgot it was vegan! Drinks are excellent as well. It's a really cute place, it's in some type of mall with lots of other restaurants and shops attached if you go down the stairs. Wait staff is super attentive and nice. Filled up at 7 on a weekday. We got the oyster mushroom calamari lettuce wraps to share. It did taste like calamari!! And there were so many it filled us up. Could have shared with 4 people, we were only two. My burger was good as well it's a blend of impossible burger and their homemade bean burger. The fries were excellent, I scarfed them down. We got two desserts, the cheesecake was my favorite. It was very big. We also had the Apple pie with ice cream. The Apple pie was very buttery and rich. I was so full when we left. Prices are affordable. If I'm in Seattle again I would definitely come back. A must for all vegans!!

Obsessed with this sandwich, and the sauce on the side is to die for. The French fries are homemade too

Highly recommend! I was excited to try Makini Howell's food after reading about her in an article. I got the macho burrito and it was so flavorful and delicious. I went to dinner with 7 people (2 omnivores and 5 vegetarians) and we all ordered different things and loved our meals. I was worried about it being vegan but it was delicious. They add a 20% gratuity so there's no tipping. Our service was great and the ambiance is chill.

As I looked through all my reviews, I still can't believe that I've never left a review for Plum Bistro. Plum Bistro is by far my favorite vegan restaurant in all of Seattle, as a matter of fact, all of the United States of America. I have probably visited this establishment more than 20 times in the two years since I moved to Washington. There are a plethora of dishes to choose from, and even my non-vegetarian and vegan friends have expressed their love for these dishes. I know that in the past, my son ate a chicken sandwich and couldn't tell the difference. Personally, I don't come here because there are no meat substitutions. I go because I actually enjoy the food they serve, and the customer service is excellent. I also have a wonderful relationship with many of the staff members, who are very personable, nice, and down to earth. The restaurant is always very packed. It's challenging to secure a seat here due to the high demand; there's always a queue. During peak hours To secure a seat, you must arrive with the person you intend to dine with, as calling ahead typically results in unsuccessful attempts. However, I assure you that the effort is well worth it. The drinks are perfect. The food is very flavorful. Even if you eat meat, you will not be deficient. I suggest that you visit Plum Bistro, and if you do, here are a few menu items that I highly recommend--actually, I recommend all of them, but these are the ones that I regularly eat: -Current favorites   Buffalo Bites Sharing Plate Crispy chicken bowl (NF)   -discontinued favorites  Hungry vegan chili bowl Sweet potato Gnocchi    Please pay close attention to the menus, particularly those for brunch, lunch, and dinner, as many items are not available during these times. If you have a specific meal in mind, ensure you arrive during these times to avoid missing these highly sought-after menu items. Also, parking is very scarce in this environment, so plan accordingly.

I'm so happy that Plum Bistro is still thriving. This was one of the first fancy vegan spots I visited as a baby vegan like 15 years ago? I can't even remember the first time I came here. Nowadays, I'm not eating inside at restaurants, so I ordered takeout. The food is still as good as it was back in the day. We got the oyster mushroom sandwich and the rueben. The sandwiches were both delicious but the fries weren't great. My dog liked them, but she eats trash haha. When I picked up my food, I needed to ask the host for the bathroom code and then you go down the stairs to find the bathroom.
